1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Coozy.org, utilizing our APIs, or downloading our open-source models, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization.
2. API & Data Usage
Our Open Data API is provided free of charge for research, educational, and public-good commercial use. You agree not to intentionally overwhelm our infrastructure (DDoS) or bypass rate limits designed to ensure fair access for all researchers globally.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, all climate models, methodologies, and datasets hosted by Coozy.org are released under the MIT or Creative Commons (CC BY 4.0) licenses. You are free to fork, modify, and distribute, provided proper attribution is maintained.
4. Limitation of Liability
Planetary modeling carries inherent uncertainties. Coozy.org provides data "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any strategic, financial, or operational decisions made by governments or corporations acting upon our environmental telemetry.
